The installation consists of 17 units (doors) sliding with aluminum profiles, with a weight of the doors from 200kg to 300kg and dimensions of 4x2m
Of these:
12 Units with 2 doors, of which only one door is motorized
3 Units with 3 doors, two of which move with telescopic motion
2 Units with 2 doors with synchronized central meeting
The movement is managed by our control unit that interfaces with the existing home automation infrastructure and sends commands to the doors wirelessly.
The door lifting mechanism is synchronized among the various doors of the same unit through wireless communication between the individual doors, and likewise the telescopic movement, allowing to reduce the invasive impact of cable laying and connections.
The control unit has very small dimensions and can be installed invisibly in junction boxes or in the switch fruits.
The door has a multiparametric system for determining the presence of an obstacle.
Through the comparison of the position, speed, and current consumption parameters, the system decides whether to interrupt the door's movement and communicate to the other doors of the unit to stop
